Burnt punch set
Cologne sugar loaf is mostly used for the famous burnt punch. The sugar loaf is soaked with brown rum on special tongs and then set on fire. The sugar melts, caramelises and drips into a bowl with spiced red wine below it, further intensifying its taste.
The set comprises the tongs for pots with diameters of up to 25 cm and a 250-g sugar loaf.
